The Master of Science in Clinical & Translational Research program at Georgetown University helps students become well-versed in foundational aspects of research methods as well as the essential clinical research methods. Our coursework prepares students with skills in project design and associated grant preparation, effective communication of research results, and emerging powerful tools for clinical investigations that can be applied and implemented in their work environment.

Graduates from our program are prepared for careers as clinical faculty in medical centers as investigators in pharmaceutical or medical device industries, employees of clinical research organizations or federal agencies, and to support oversight roles within academic organizations or directorship of accredited specialty/subspecialty training programs.
